vienna, the best trip ever.
hamilton and i tried to go to vienna last night to see lightning bolt. we miss our first train then the next one comes 30 minutes late. we finally get on the train and hamilton gets fined 27 euros because he didnt have his discount card on him and by chance i did so did not get a fine. we get off at the wrong train station. finally get to the other one by pure luck. lost the directions on where the venue is. find the subway train we are suppose to take to get to the venue but dont know what stop to get off at. finally find people who tell us what stop to get off at but then can't find the subway again. finally give up and go to a bar but we're both so tired from walking around all night that we almost fall asleep at our table. decide to go to the trainstation to sleep and wait for our train that comes at 5:57am. nowhere to sleep. it's really cold. i'm hungry. and i need to use the bathroom which is locked. hamilton had many analogies and just thoughts about our trip but my favorite was 'the more we traveled the farther we got from our destination.' BEST TRIP EVER.
